Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 June 2026
These terms govern your use of crowdmanagementcertificate.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the service is
We provide online crowd-safety learning and an assessment that, when passed, issues a verifiable certificate of completion. Studying is free; a fee may apply to unlock the graded assessment and certificate.
What our certificates are — and are not
- A certificate shows that you completed our training and passed our assessment on the date issued.
- It is not an official accreditation, a licence, or proof of legal compliance, and it is not issued or endorsed by any government or regulator.
- Where we describe a course as "aligned with" a law or framework (such as Martyn's Law or the Italian framework), we mean the content reflects that framework — not that any authority has approved it. Always confirm specific legal requirements with the competent authority for your venue or event.
Honest use
You agree to complete assessments yourself and not to misrepresent a certificate. We may revoke a certificate obtained through misuse.
Payment
Where fees apply, prices are shown before purchase and processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the content accurate and the site available, but we provide the service "as is", without warranties. Free tools and summaries are for general guidance only and are not a substitute for professional advice or a formal safety assessment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the site, the tools, or a certificate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change when we do. Questions: info@crowdmanagementcertificate.com.
