Is this aligned with Martyn's Law?+
Martyn's Law (Terrorism Protection of Premises Act 2025) requires UK venues with a capacity of 200+ to have staff trained in crowd safety procedures by 2027. Martyn's Law doesn't name a specific certificate as mandatory — it sets a standard for the kind of training venues need to show. Our course is built around that standard, and your certificate gives you and your employer a verifiable, instant record of completion. We recommend checking your certificate against your venue's specific compliance plan, since requirements can vary by site and risk level.
How long does it take to get certified?+
About 15 minutes per course. Study the lesson, answer the scenario questions, score 75% or above, and your certificate is issued instantly.
Is it really free to study?+
Practice is free and always will be. You pay €19 to unlock the graded assessment and receive your verifiable certificate. The bundle (all 3 courses) is €45.
Do the certificates expire?+
No expiry date. Your certificate is stored permanently and can be verified by anyone with the unique certificate ID at any time.
Can my employer verify my certificate?+
Yes — every certificate gets a unique ID (e.g. CMC-2026-XXXX). Anyone can verify it at crowdmanagementcertificate.com/verify/[ID] in seconds.
I work at festivals across Europe — will the certificate be accepted?+
The certificate shows you have completed crowd-safety training and is instantly verifiable by any employer. For the UK in particular, take our Crowd Safety course, which is aligned with Martyn's Law.
What happens if I fail the assessment?+
Retakes are always free. Go back to practice mode, revise the lesson, and try again as many times as you like.
What courses are available?+
Three courses at launch: Festival & Crowd Safety, Event & Party Crew Operations, and First Aid & Emergency Basics. All three are included in the €45 bundle.

Can I get a refund?+
If you have not yet claimed your certificate, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
