Refund Policy

This policy applies when paid certificates are enabled. Studying and practice are always free; a fee applies only to unlock the graded assessment and your verifiable certificate.
14-day refund
If you have not yet claimed your certificate, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed. Email info@crowdmanagementcertificate.com with the email or name used at purchase and we will process it.
After you claim the certificate
Because the certificate is a digital product delivered immediately on completion, once you have claimed and received it the purchase is considered fulfilled and is generally non-refundable. If something went wrong — a technical error, a duplicate charge, or you were unable to access what you paid for — contact us and we will put it right.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. By choosing to claim and download your certificate immediately, you ask us to begin supplying the digital content during that period, which can end the right of withdrawal for that item — but our 14-day refund above still applies as long as you have not claimed the certificate.
