What Martyn's Law requires
Named after Martyn Hett, killed in the 2017 Manchester Arena bombing, the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 creates a legal duty for venues and events to protect the public from terrorist attacks. It splits venues into two tiers based on capacity.
